Walrus is involved in the development of the HKCSS "Nam Cheong 220" modular social housing project, which will be officially launched in July 2020. The project is located at 202 to 220 Nam Cheong Street, Sham Shui Po, in the heart of Kowloon, and comprises a total of 89 units. Let's follow the video of the site shooting to take a look at it.

The first intake applicants will be moving into the modular homes at the end of August. In addition to the 1-story accessible housing and 3-person unit housing featured in the video, there are also 1-person and 2-person unit housing types with a total of 4 floors.
